All fees and charges must be paid in advance. After we get you going, if you like, I will maintain your site for you as webmaster (if I work for you in any capacity you must agree to give me the required passwords, give me certain copyright credits and allow a pointer to my site and identify me as your webmaster - no exceptions) if my time permits, making changes and keeping you up-to-date. My fee for maintaining a site similar to this one that I initially set up is basically $25.00 per month plus $30.00 per hour actual clock time spent on your system. The $25.00 per month, billed to your credit card, gives you these services: I will check your site at least once each month. I will e-mail you if I see anything wrong. At this time I check your load time, your rating with the 10 major search engines, and I determine the number of links that are pointing to you (web popularity).
